Complaint Review: Asurion Verizon Wireless

Asurion is a big time rip off cell phone insurance company. All they want is your money. We paid $50 for a refurbished, piece of garbage, worthless replacement phone. It was defective, you can't even make a phone call. They sent another one that's still defective and they won't refund the $50 deductible.

For almost $150 that was paid out to them ($5.99 per month and $50 deductible), it's not worth it !!!! On top of that, Verizon can't even help to assist us in getting our deductible back for the return of the useless replacement phone.
