ASUS / 4myrebate.com Asus laptop rebate ripoff on G51JX Internet
Very similar story here. Sent in all required materials to this company for an advertised 100 dollar rebate on this laptop. i am just starting the process right now. Same denial that the UPC was not attached to the form. I stapled it to the form myself. I am on the phone with ASUS right now. ASUS should be more vigilant with who runs their rebate programs. Never had this issue with Dell Hp or any other major companies.

Send them the copy of all the paperwork you submitted.
You did make a copy of it....right?
