ASUS Asus Intl Fremont California Will not honor warranty, has concluded problem is exactly what I told them refused crossship fremont, CA Nationwide

 Asus is putting repaired parts in their new systems and when they fail refusing to honor their warranty with bogus supposed  "broken plastic" when there is no plastic involved.

 

My video card failed. after talking with 3 different people at ASUS I was assured the system was under warranty and that they would repair it. AFter having to spend my own money to ship it to them they took 4 days after receipt to determine that some un mentioned plastic part was broekn therefor ehte entire repair is out of warranty.

 

This is BS and I will be filing a complaint with the BBS and with the TX state attorney to have them run out of TX for breech of contract.
