I purchased a computer monitor at Fry's Electronics at 3035 Thunderbird Road in Phoenix, Arizona, on November 22, 2010. It was an ASUS monitor (asus@help.4myrebate.com) and came with $25 rebate that one had to complete the company forms for online. These were all completed and submitted to the company. Instead of sending me a check, they tried to hit me with a stupid little citiprpaid (help@citiprepaid.com) VISA card for the $25 rebate, which has all kinds of fees that I never agreed to and that I only saw when I received the card on March 11, 2011! They want to charge me $36 per year for $25 rebate!  It is obviously a blatantly shamelss and audacious fraud.

I have emailed to both ASUS and citiprepaid company that I cannot accept or use their scam card and asked them to immediately close and cancel that card, through which they have attempted to commit fraud and scam on me.  There must be numerous victims of these companies.  A class action case needs to be filed against them.

Class Action?

Well, if you believe there should be a class action brought against them for giving you a card instead of cash, why don't you do it?

You obviously think you could win - I say "Go for it" and keep us posted.
