Asylum Motorsport, Inc. does not agree with this complaint. Carlos prepaid for a Urethane Blitz bumper and for Urethane Blitz side skirts, ordered on 12-26-02. Before he could order, he had to read and agree to our Terms & Conditions, which he did agree to. By 02-20-03, he did a chargeback of the funds and we have no choice but to cancel his order. As agreed to at the point of sale, Carlos owes Asylum a 25% cancel/restock fee totaling $167.50. We are trying to refund Carlos $502.50.
All custom, special-order items must be specially produced from our manufacturer and then we must restock the products when a chargeback has been completed.
In addition, we are not lying, cheating bastards, we are a small business trying to complete every sale and not get ripped-off by our customers.
