Preview Report Title: AT&T is Harassing, Intimidating & Stalking it's actually employee's, if they report the truth on all the Fraud & Discrimination that has been transpiring. AT&T is actualy discriminating in all areas of the company and commiting massive fraud. I am an African American employee who has been getting continously harassed, intimidated, and believe it or not Stalked to the point that I am now on disability, consequently due  to complaints I have filed against AT&T.  AT&T is now retailiating against me by giving me a non functioning computer, since we are held accountable for our performance. I have asked consistently for over a year now, that they provide me with a computer that works and yet they refuse to. It's their subtle way of discriminating against me because so that I will be terminated due to performance.I made a comment on my Facebook page regarding all of the unethical acts of AT&T in March 2013 & the following day, my work computer was stolen, but yet no manager could tell me what happened. Normaly, this would be considered a major breech of security, considering the amount of proprierty  information contained on it. Instead of addressing the security breech, they put me on a Performance Program of discipline, and after 4 days they magically find my computer but offer no real explanation. AT&T  believes they can shut their employees up, by telling them they are not allowed to say any bad about the company,but what AT&T is forgetting "Freedom of Speech" which is our constitutional right . Maybe AT&T should act with more integrety & they would not have to worry about trying to supress the truth.   AT&T has override codes that violates the State for Overtime worked by certain employees. AT&T also held back money from being transfered into the employee's 401k in nov 2012for a month which allowed them to fraudulently gain over 3 millon dollars, this issue still has not been addressed. Fidelity said when they inquired about it to AT&T, the company refused to respond.  The employee's consistently try  to offer good customer service but are not allowed to, due to  AT&T PDP performance system. They implement performance programs which only allow less than 5 minutes to handle any and every customer. I met the corporate executive from I believe an Indonesia  telecom who was appalled at how AT&T conducted business.This is a million dollar customer and he was treated very badly unfortunately.He explained how he consistently was being lied to by AT&T and that he has lost over  100,000 . I was very sympathetic to his plead because I know that he's not lieing. I went back to my manager Betty Day to ask if we can do something to help resolve his issue, she was very unconcern and basically brushed it off with telling me to send him right back to square 1 which would amount to nothing.Sadly, that customer dropped AT&T and went to another company that treated him with the dignity and respect that he deserved. From what I read, it seems that the people you work with may be targeting you as a person but not from your race. Besides, there are so many questions that I cannot really answer from your report. How could you be on disability from filing complaint against AT&T? What kind of disability you are? When you said your computer was disappeared (stolen) for a while, where was it? In the office? Or you took it home?

By the way, when you said AT&T held the 401k in November, did they pay it out later or they still hold on it? If they paid it, your claim about AT&T gained $3 millions is a false accusation and/or misleading. To gain is to have it as an extra revenue, not to disperse it afterward. If you are talking about interest, I doubt that the interest amount is significant due to the current interest rate per year is extremely low. Even 0.5% per year interest (money market), would result around $1,250 for a month worth ($3 millions principal), and this amount means NOTHING for a corporation.
