Signed up wth AT&T uverse for phone,internet,and cable tv.

date September 2013

constant picture,internet and phone dropped signal.

att made over 12 service calls, to my home,replaced under ground cable,above cable,all boxes .

problem changed for the better but,still experiancing dropped signals, I am paying 188 per month for 3 tv's. 

Towards the end of trying to correct this problem, I was told that my inside inviorment was the problem.

i have had dish,time warner for the past 10 years and never experienced problems with service in less their was a storm with power loss.

i experience with AT&T has left me with a disbeleafe that a company as large as this does not care about quality and their end user.

good luck, I am moving to free tv broadcast in my local area. Have purchased Apple TV, and am planning on aereo as a local broadcast compact that will support up to 5 devices for 8 to 12 dollars a month.
