AT&T Uverse att.com AT&T Uverse Failed To Note Account To Waive Modem & Activation Fees Internet
I have had a horrible time with AT&T customer service for many reasons - the latest being that after phone enrolling for Uverse Internet I was told by the representative that the fees for modem & activation fees would waived - it was not noted on account and they also failed to put in a request to cancel my dsl service so I continued to be billed for that on my regular phone bill! Most of the time customer service continually puts you through a loop of so called specialists, even supervisors but problems seem to never get resolved!

I'd suggest filing reports to some government agencies (e.g. FCC) if they failed to stand behind their pricing. They routinely say that customer calls are recorded for quality assurance, so they should have a recording of what they quoted you.
