Complaint Review: At Home Publishing

At Home Publishing Rip Off (Now there will be 21 complaints about this deceptive company)  Don't YOU be the 21 because there are probably a 100,000 or more that either don't know about this website, ( I just fell on it by when looking up this joke of a'Work from Home" rip off, and I LOVE IT) Or are just to lazy or busy to write there complaints.

I read a full page advertisement in a magazine that I called to verify the validity and who ever I talked to said " Oh yes, all of our advertisements have signed contracts that if they aren't truthful, they will be banned from ever advertiseing again" so I felt that I finally found an easy way to make money from home with 500 addressed and stamped envelopes sent to me each week at 2 dollars to place an ad in them and mail.

I did have a question mark still because I couldn't figure out how they would know if you ever actually stuffed and mailed them.

But it sounded like such an easy way to make "A Thousand Dollars a Week" so I sent in my 44 dollar check that was also  promised to be REFUNDED with in 30  or even 60 days if you were not happy with the job.

Well after waiting and waiting for all these envelopes, I get ONE BIG ENVELOPE with only pages of instructions that were NOTHING at all resembling the ad.

In a nutshell, you had to get people to mail you there self addressed and stamped envelope to YOU, than you would stuff it and send it to these con artists.

Now how the hell are you going to get 500 people a week to send you this envelope that cost 2 stamps, and additional envelope that had to be stamped and addressed to someone they don't know ????

You'd be lucky to get one a week and without a car, a big fat zero !

So since it was guaranteed or you get a full refund, I wrote them basically what I'm writing here, sent the papers back, and waited for the refund.

Well, its been so long that my Mother whose almost 88, reminded me that I never got my refund, so I looked up when I mailed it in (it is now July 21st) and it was to my astonishment that I wrote the check back on April the 9th, about 3 and a half months ago, AND STILL NO REFUND

The only good thing that came out of it was FINDING THIS SITE.

Now I can get the info from other complaints to call and hopefully get my refund.
