Advertising was discussed with two salesmen from AT&T Advertising Solutions with the president of our company. Our debit card information was given at the time in negotiations or was given at a later date (this is unsure). No contract was given at that time.

The advertising was placed onto YP.com or Yellowpages.com as a priority listing. On the listing our company website was directed to another competitor's website if clicked on. Over many months we received phone calls asking for the competitor and was confused when they got our company instead. The website error was corrected after several phone calls to customer service.

The contract was requested from AT&T Advertising Solutions by email. After receiving it we noticed the signature on the contract was not of the president of our company. It was forged. Contact was made to customer service, a fraud report was initiated, samples of the president's signature & drivers license were sent, and conference calls were made to one of the salesmen and a District Sales Manager to discuss the signature in question. It was denied the signature was forged.

We requested a new debit card to stop all payments to them. Every other day our company received phones calls asking for payment. We'd have to tell them about the fraud case filed inwhich no records on their computer was found each time. It's not known if a fraud case was ever actually filed at AT&T Advertising Solutions.

We requested a discount on the advertising services we had received and let them decide what that should be. No contact was ever made back to us in that regard.

Then they sent our company a letter from an attorney's office stating we are advised to pay up all delinquent balances with interest charges. A call was made to them to tell them about the fraud case pending. They just told us that we were being recorded and that someone from AT&T Advertising Solutions was listening to the phone call.

The attorney said that they would give us a $261.45 deduction from the balance owed. That's when I filed a complaint through the Attorney's General's office.

My assessment of their company is that they are not a good company to advertise with and are deceptive. I will not do so again! Their sales tactics and followup to their customers are not good. I feel all they care about is how many customers they can get and money.
