Complaint Review: AT&T

AT&T has allowed a company called Enhanced Services Billing, Inc. to add a $14.95 charge to my bill without my authorization. There was no address or contact information on the bill so that I could find out who ESBI is, so I did an internet search only to discover that ESBI and AT&T have been at this for some time and apparently it was just my turn! I am outraged that with all the crap we have to deal with these days with identity theft and thiefs running rampant on the internet that a "reputable" company like AT&T would collaborate with known thiefs - ESBI - to stick it to their consumers. AT&T you are evil!!!! And deserve to go down! And, ESBI, you're the worst kindof crooks and cowards and I want to know exactly what service it is that you're providing me and why are you hiding behind AT&T?!
