Complaint Review: AT&T

AT&T AT&T call centers in West Virginia, Phillipines, San Diego, and Georgia all told me that service was not available in my area in Milner, Georgia but once I forced their hand, they gave me the "capped" lie. Internet

On 11/12 I made contact with West Virgina and 2 San Diego call centers for AT&T.  I had talked with several neighbors behind me, next door and up the street who told me that they had AT&T high speed extreme ultra DSL internet.  The aforementioned call centers told me that these homes did NOT have an account with them and that they DID NOT PROVIDE DSL in my area. 

On 11/3/12, I talked with 2 call centers located in Georgia and finally got once employee to tell me that my area was "capped" and that unless somebody moved or disconnected their phone line, I could not have DSL.

Not only do I know that there is a vacant home in the neighborhood which makes AT&T liars or there database is "slack" but I have PROOF that they LIED TO ME.

I am sick of consumers like me being treated this way.
