Complaint Review: AT&T

AT&T wireless rebates now come in the form of a Visa debit card of up to $75. If your rebate is greater than $75, you get more cards. The problem with these cards is that the amounts you spend are not automatically deducted from the cards. Either you must keep a tally, or you must access the web or make a call to find out. This appears to be just one more retailer's attempt to minimize their actual payouts against rebate promises. A call to AT&T resulted in the response that there is no alternative.
