I had a problem with a detail  AT&T's service and clicked on "help." I then clicked on the "contact us" feature. The only options offered were related to telephone service. 


I then changed my selection from "contact us" to "send feedback." I wrote the complaint and clicked the button to send the message.

The resulting screen said 

Based on your feedback, it appears that you require assistance.

Would you like to contact customer care?


I then selected the yes option. This resulted in a repeat of the list of options limited to telephone service.

I am figuring you are talking about DSL, so there are several support options.  Since it is impossible to post exact links or screens if you follow these steps it should get you where you want to go.


goto att.com make sure there is nothing after the .com


At the bottom under Help and Support click DSL Support


Enter your Phone or Zip Code


Click on the service(such as High Speed Internet)


Click Contacting AT&T


Select How do I contact AT&T for internet support?


You will see several options, Phone, Live Chat, E-mail form, or the Self-Support tool.


They do not have a general E-mail address, but you can submit a form that will be answered through e-mail.
