At&t Charging me twice for a early termination fee of 175.00 Atlanta Georgia

I thought my battle with Att was over in Febuary. Once I paid the 175.00 early termination fee for the Sierra wireless card that didn't work. A month later I get my bill and I'm being charged again for the service. I called again and again and talked to people who didnt have a clue what I was trying to tell them. I explained over and over that I was being charged twice for a early termination fee to get out of a 24 month contract on an air card that I wasnt happy with and that didnt work in the area that I lived in. They told me some crap that they credited my account, for what I dont know but I still have to pay the 175.00 again because some idiot didnt close the account like they were supposed too. I REPEDIDLEY told the represenatives to close that account and do away with it. Thats why I paid an early termination fee. But now they expect me to pay double for a mistake that was theirs. I DONT THINK SO. Someone needs to stop this from happening.
