AT&T Cingular changed rates and rollover time from three months to 1 month and was never notified, bought this phone only for the 3 month rollover, cant use this phone with anyother carrier, they did not notify me of this and added time near the end of the three months had to pay five dollars more for the mimimun add time. I already had 170 minutes on my phone and now I must use these minutes within a month

I bought a phone from att with specific terms, prepaid and three month rollover. If I put more time on at the end of three months my other minutes would rollover. They changed that with out warnings or advising me the costomer. My phone is no good and cannot use with anyother plan, or company. So 90.00 for the phone and I loose all my minutes may 1 2005 unless I spend 100.00 or more dollars. thank you

You can still use your AT&T phone. Try checking around, I run a Cingular store (not a former AT&T either) and we stock AT&T pre-paid airtime cards. Also you should be able to add airtime through cus. service with a credit card.
