My original plan was set up so the money came directly out of a checking account. When I switched from having the money taken out automatically (monthly), the only "option" was that my calls went from 15 cents to 25 cents per minute. Apparently, my penalty for not allowing them direct access to my account is a higher rate AND a time limit to use the amount OR see the money dissappear. No more "Roll Over" because I switched. UNFAIR!

I paid $25 just so I would not lose the balance. This supposedly would give me three months to use up the money left. Yet, as the time drew close, I allowed my sister to use the phone while she was on vacation. A week prior to my 3 month cut off date, she was not able to use the phone due to a zero balance. Yet, when I checked with customer service, there was money still on the account.

So... AT & T gets to just keep my money. I say it's a stick up!
