AT&T - Cingular Wireless Not honoring my plan Ripoff Springfield Illinois

We purchased a plan that had unlimited mobile to mobile minutes anytime, it states it on my Plan on my account on the website, but they are charging me for the minutes. I was never charged before. NOw since I am low on my rollover and have just 500 minutes on my plan there excuse is I had minutes left that is why I wasn't charged. Isn't this some kind of fraud? It states on my account that is what I have. It states it on line on my account. Is there some way I can force them to honor this?? I need help on who to contact. I am at there mercy right now, I have to pay, I could get out of my contract but that is going to cost me, it is costing me .45 cents a minute over my 500.

THey are rude and they keep insisting I don't have that plan, since AT&T took over is since I have been charged. I am sick of this company. The old cingular was better. GUide me to someone who can help
