Complaint Review: at&t

at&t DirecTV this account is in my mothers name and they are cancled But are using my bank account to steal the money to pay for her bill. So far they have stollen 370 danville Virginia

my mom signed up with Directv threw at&t she is 80, they lied to her aboout the amount to be payed each month.she used my debt card to open the account.3 months laters at&t told us there contract was nul & void. we shiped back all equipment.Now they are stealing money from my checking  to pay her bill and I am nowhere on the contract. I never signed anything.they have ripped me off now for $270.80 and I want them to stop doing this to me and other pore people out there! ty jill hudsonville Michigan.

when you allowed your mom to use your card, you agreed to AT&T's policy of keeping any card info for 6 months and charging any amount owed to the card. Might be unexpected because the disclosures weren't read, but not a rip off.
