THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE RUN OUT OF BUSINESS! I HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO SIGN UP FOR THEIR SERVICE SIX MONTHS AGO AND HAVE BEEN IN THIS NIGHTMARE EVER SINCE.
THEY HAVE YET TO CREATE A SINGLE MONTHLY BILL THE SAME AS THE PREVIOUS MONTHS. EACH MONTH IS WRONG AND ALWAYS IN THEIR FAVOR. TWO WEEKS AGO I RECEIVED A MONTHLY BILL FOR JULY AND THEY HAD ADDED A $250.00 FEE FOR A PIECE OF EQUIPMENT THEY CLAIMED I STILL HAD IN MY POSSESSION. THEIR OWN MAINTENANCE MAN HAD COME TO MY HOME AND REMOVED IT AND RETURNED IT TO THEIR COMPANY. WHEN I FINALLY CONVINCED THEM THIS WAS THE TRUTH AND IT HAD ACTUALLY BEEN RETURNED, THEY REVERSED THE CHARGE. I JUST RECEIVED A NOTICE FROM MY BANK FOR THE SAME $250.00!!!
THESE PEOPLE REALLY NEED TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER!!!
I'M NOT SURE AT THIS POINT WHETHER TO SUE OR JUST TERMINATE MY SERVICE, OR BOTH.
