Complaint Review: At&t

At&t does it to me again.
At&t attached a charge to my phone bill without my permission for a service i did not ask for, approve, want or need. A 12.95 charge for advanced services (a answering service)
I have a answering machine.

I called At&t and all they would say is..WE'RE AT&T!
So what's that mean...we can do what we want?
In the town i live in we are a prisoner to at&t if we want phone or internet service. At&t informed me that we have to call the phone # next to the charge to cancel this service.I don't care when or what time you call that # they are always closed!

Times are hard for all of us and this is blatant theft.
I can not contact these theives and i am not paying this charge. At&t used to be the best. Now they are corrupt.
