A recent newspaper article reported that telephone directories would no longer be automatically delivered to homes. The article listed a website that consumers could contact to order delivery of a directory.
After contacting the website, I received a followup letter with another website that I could contact to place the order closer to the time of delivery. I contacted that site close to distribution date, filled out the form properly. Instead of accepting the order, the company said We were unable to determine which directories are distributed to you, based on the information that you provided.
