AT&T getting billed for a unneeded service Sacramento California
After checking no to all boxes in a onlinde survey or something interesting, you get billed for an unordered service.
This one is MY VOICEMAIL NETWORK being billed through my phone bill with AT&T, and the only contact phone number is with AT&T.
I contacted AT&T was given this credit ripoff web site and told they could take care of me, with my confirmation #, I was told i should own up to my responsibilities and pay the bill. I got upset use a swear word and was hung up on.
I also had not submitted the form on-line cause they wanted a credit card# and I don't have any credit cards, so i couldn't have agreed to conditions and regs.
Something needs to be done about these ripoffs since i told the phone company I also have not given them permission to bill my account without my permission.
Do not like being called a liar.

AT&T agreed to allow this third party to bill you via your phone bill. And should be crediting your account.
File a formal complaint with the FTC on both companies.
The number of complaints on ROR have increased over this type of unauthorized charges.
