Upset do to whatever internet service provided to us. I call for support instead i got a company trying to cash on whatever went over the lines and received a virus call rundll32.exe which got infected in my pc a malicious spyware.

At&t they were forcing me with no help since their excuse is my pc related. They did not believe me and push for $68 dollars to try to clear and if not possible. Further charges will be impose. AOL internet service in the past will help this for free. I even had yahoo internet service they did free tech support with download links to solve their customer problem.

I give an F for support to at&t grrrrrrrrrrr

Instead i had to fix it myself. I had to reinstall my windows and lost 2 hours of problems just cause of this virus that i received by their ISP.

i pay 30 bucks a month and i still need it to pay them more for tech support.

UNBELIABLE.

It reminds me of their long distance company 6 years ago where they push for 133 dollars for a 5 international calls. It took 1 year to solve the problem and pay like 50 some dollars. ONE YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!! I miss the old SBC support they were great. Be careful at least i don't have a contract anymore.. If anything else happens i will update this report. That is all.

First off, rundll32.exe is a Microsoft required program not a virus. Second, AT&T tech support shouldn't be helping you with these kind of problems. AT&T tech support are for problems with your internet or phone line. NOT computer problems with viruses.

Second, you probably called the wrong place because AT&T has a 1-800 number on their bills, website and other places. They even have a free online tech support chat. All you need is a Sbcglobal.net or a ATT.net email address.

Lastly, AT&T and Yahoo are partnered up. AT&T was formally SBC. They just had a name change. SBC Yahoo! DSL is the same exact thing as AT&T High Speed Internet.

You can't blame AT&T for problems that are not related to internet or phone problems.
