I've been a loyal AT&T customer for over the past 4 years. Paid my bills on time and considered myself a very good customer. Three weeks ago my family and I went to AT&T and bought four new IPhone's. Two 5's for my wife and I, and two 4S for my kids. So when I'm gone on business trips I can talk to them. You know the best thing to happen to iPhone since iPhone

This past weekend I went on a business trip that I take a minimum of three times a month. So trying to FaceTime my kids I learn that I can't. Even though I have supposedly one of the top two phones on the market.

So when I get back from my trip I call AT&T and ask them why and they tell me it's because of my data plan. Since I've been with AT&T for so long I have an unlimited data plan that they don't offer anymore so when i bought my new phone i was grandfathered in to that plan.

While talking to the supervisor which I have to say she was the worst, she over talked me, was rude, didn't listen. She told me for me to use my FaceTime I would have to get rid of my unlimited data that I pay $30 and switch to 5gb for $50. Now I might not be the smartest person in the world but I now when somebody is sticking it to me. I switch to 5gb and have the chance of going over and paying more, unlimited should be unlimited. i feel i am getting BULLIED TO PAY MORE AND GET LESS so I can use the phone for what it wash bought for. Would you buy a $100,000 car have it delivered and when you get home and try to start it up it has no engine but you can get one if you pay more money but with that deal you can only drive it 2 hours a day or there's extras fees. AT&T are really sticking it to us who have unlimited because they don't want us to have unlimited anymore its not creating revenue for them get 5 gb and go over and spend all your hard earned money.
