Complaint Review: AT &T

Purchased a pair of a pair of err phones for my wife.  They didn't fit her and there were no err bud replacement prices.  When to return them and was told I have a nine day return policy on the product.  Instructions were on the back of the receipt and when started looking over the information on the back in small print I am unable to retrieve the information.  There web sit is also unclear in there dis titian to return err phones.  I think this is unjustified and that's why I am complain
