AT&T, Knowledge Ventures ordered bundled srvice $58.00 mo.-lied,my bill is 2X's higher.billng me 4 yrs for DSL,I getdial up for4years.rude,harrassing. Riverside California

I had trouble when I moved here with sbc/att. I finally got a phone with the quotes,service wrong.they changed it finally.Ihad lousy dsl service &had to call tech support continually,i found out I had dial up, not DSL and also the account is not in my name. Its att phone number account. This also happened for at least 2 years in previous residence.

I have never had long distance, &amenities as I am disabled,cant afford.Ihave had this comp. for many years, same services.They monitor calls, but refuse to get the agreement I made with the rep when I got bundled service for $58.00 mo.they cost me 2 or more times the amount and I cannot keep up.

Ihad to go back & remove bit by bit the service I cant have as they charfe me for all seperately regardless of the bundle or the agreed amount.The rep was very clear with me about what I was getting for what price as I told her what I wanted,didnt need, & cannot afford.She lied me into this which is almost just as they did when I moved here costing me more than I could pay,til I realized what happened.

They confuse you, lie are rude and repeat only the samre things by phone as always,refusing to listen to what I am saying.They said they have no services at that price, tho next month if I pay the remaining $99.00 that is past due, I will pay $68.00 mo.They have harrassed me, gave me a number whereas Id been harrassed &couldnt get ant cable tv,or dish tv, since the unpaid bills of prev. cust. Then when the year is up, they start doing the same crap all over again, costing money that is taking away food, and other bill payments.I am stressed, I am disabled on a fixd income, they know this.

I want them tp pay 4 my installation to get the cable back in and reimburse me for all those monies paid so I didnt lose my phone etc.I cant be here alone with no phone.My Son had to get cable tv on his cell phone as he knew I had no reception, and tried to call from my phone, as he thought I was mistaken, but no.So he put it in his name & phone# since the # I had was being scrutinized as well as me.

When I called att, they are rude, on hold for long periods, usually my calls to them are around 1-2 1/2 houirs long.I am so upset most the time that i have to go to bed & take meds.They called my daughters home when I filed a complaint, told her so, gave her a # and my daughter called me to tell me at my home phone, so I returned the call, at which time they called me on my cell phone that my son got me so I would not be without a phone now too.I told her to call me on my home phone as it is pay as u go, & how did she get my #, she said thru lots of research!

I have also told them that when I gave them the cell #, all of a sudden I got marketers calling it & they gave it out.I had my identity stolen after my info was sold or given out also, which my mail address was also going to another address for credit offers, and ATT rep. told me the address was 1 out of 6 previous customers with my phone number at that time! the address I gave to her and asked her about was where my identity theft problem was relating to, though I didn't tell her that then, but did tell the afdministration lady that bothered my daughter.

They have been so rediculous and I cannot understand how they can lie & drain some disabled person for their little bit of dollars for services they tricked and lied to get a commission for.But it IS harrassment as if they deliberately have marked me as a target. I have decided not to pay anymore, I cant, I am already in debt from it so it has caused me to be unable to repair my car that I need to get to the doctors etc. I dont want to pay them for another thing, and I dont want their service, but we are stuck with them and have always been since they are a huge monopoly, always have been, and yet look at the business tactics they use! They are a shame to the U.S.

I am tired of them getting away with ripping me off and harassing me.They have no right contacting my daughter after my phone jack they didnt fix right 2 weeks before & I gave them my daughters # on 611 repair automated service when I called for repair 4 1 jack but the other worked.My internet jack didnt.

That is confidential, why would she call me high risk pregnat daughter at her home to tell her I filed a complaint? I also verified 3 times before they changed any of my services, since before Iturned off the cable, that company said they were lieing to me! But they still verified it at all 3 services, internet,dish tv, and(i believed local toll calls for $58.00 month plus taxes. A sales rep. from att called at night before they changed my services also, I told her it was already taken care of or was supposed to be,(she said the plan was due to be up & offered me a different price), so I called the next morning but I was reassured AGAIN, that no, it was included in the bundle, or (it is already taken care of) actually...

So anyway I shut off the cable, I cannot afford the $198.00 plus tax to have it installed again so I can get away from att. I know they know how hard this has been for me, I tell them and they all know me as I have called gotten awfully rude also, but they continue to do these things. it outrageous what goes on.
