Enhanced service charges turned out to be coast to coast LLC. Phone # on att bill under enhanced service  category got me to Darlene #0316. Darlene says we registered online for fax, antivirus and data backup for $14.90/mo. No we did not. Last bill my husband called to cancel this. Darlene says,"it takes 2-3 months to get that info, as request are generated electronically." to which I reply'"your fax services isn't very good" shes says " its sent electronically" that service isn't very good either. I told her we have a fax machine and kapersky so we wouldn't sign up for this anyway. She had a response for everything even though it made no sense. If you miss Bill Clinton speeches call this b lady. AT&T is billing and hoping no one questions. Times are hard all over. I feel no sympathy for ATT . I do encourage hard working Americans to look real close at their bill. Some  may not care about cost.

Others may still believe in the concept of principle. 

For me 14.90 might be the difference in having milk and bread this month. Do we just let them get away with this? I am only one voice. If there are other voices lets get together and be heard. ATT to many customer service reps not enough service.
