Complaint Review: AT&T

AT&T Manager Kimberly Wolfram awarded Mark Helm a Manager's position after he Cheated on his wife with her and performed sexual favors. The two also openly abused employees, used racial epithets towards blacks and hispanics, and intimidation towards minorities as well as forced employees to CRAM false services onto Uverse Customer Accounts to Meet Quotas!. Kimberly Wolfram, the Vendor Manager for AT&T located at 2270 Lakeside Blvd in Richardson, TX openly abused her authority and trust and had an affair with contract associate Mark Helm for which Mr. Helm was subsequently awarded with a permanent position at AT&T.

Mr. Helm and one other white male were awarded with permanent positions out of around 300 contract associates. It was openly known around the office that Mr. Mark Helm and Kimberly Wolfram were having an affair. At this location both Mark Helm and Ms. Kimberly Wolfram engaged in very unethical conduct by having employees lie to AT&T Uverse customers on the phone about if they could get service in their area. Even when the notes showed certain Uverse customers could not recieve service and these notes were placed by the field technicians because these people were too far away from the main box, employees were advised to not tell the customers this information forcing these people to continue to pay for services that constantly failed and went out repeatedly.

Both Kimberly Wolfram and Mark Helm also pushed employees to "Cram" services onto customer accounts when the customers would call in. This process is ILLEGAL yet these two forced people to do this to meet AT&T's sales quotas.

Kimberly Wolfram and Mark Helm also would routinely engage in racial epithets directed towards blacks and hispanics and would openly abuse these employees, routinely terminate them over frivolous reasons and concoct elaborate excuses to the unemployment office.

Also complicit in this abuse was the CEO of Pinnacle Technical Resources Nina G. Vaca. Her firm was hired by AT&T to take over all the Uverse staffing services and they also acted very unethical towards employees by lying to employees about the terms of their employment and suddenly changing the employment agreement in the middle of the contract and lowering everyone's pay. They then decided to terminate the longer term employees and hired a law firm out of New York to fight every single claim. They would have the managers give out erroneous information to employees "Verbally" and then dispute they ever said anything.

All of these people were nasty. AT&T has the nastiest managers working for them and the company pushes some very unethical and illegal practices. If you love humanity don't ever do business with this company.
