Complaint Review: OAN

I have ordered a long distance service from AT&T, when i got the monthly bill, guess what. oan charges of 15.66 per month on bill. Well i called AT&T what a joke, by law we have to put this on from oan.

Try calling OAN phone numbers, either busy, or says all of our representives are busy "please call again later. haaaaaaaaa.

Been doing this for a week calling, same message.
Well iam doing something about this, I called wptv.com channel 5 neew West Plam Beach Florida. First of all you people that are getting this ripoff only pay your bill what you asked for, substract the OAN charges from the bill & thats it. Let them keep adding the amounts of this ripoff company. I have a local News station Helping me on this Oan comsumer rippoff.

People out there forget the phone numbers they give you, its a joke. I told AT&T they are getting only what i ask for on my phone services and substracting OAN. Have a blast OAN your not getting any money from me.
