AT&T over charged me for service i didnt aprove carol stream, Illinois
i was charged 500.00 for cell phone bill. i was told it was for pass due bills, i had them set up with my bank to be paid a set amount each mont. i had bundled my account so it was a set amount each month. there was always an extra chage for something aways.
before this i had a running disagreement with them because of them taking me off the bundle agerment and my aqccount was always behind so i had paid them 1000,00, 500.00 many times in order to get back to being bundled. i was in san antion and service was disconteuied this was the last straw so i cancled al service with them i have been a custemer for many years so i ddnt have to pay for stoping service. my last bill was for 1000.00 dollards which i do not own. now im getting call's from some collection company from india. icant understand them and there very rude. if you can get rid of att if nothing else for out sourceing
