AT&T POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Thru the warranty plan wanted to charge me $35.00 for replacement phone but would not guarantee the same features as my original phone mistreated and ripped off Califonia Internet

I have an AT&T family plan with 3 phones. I also purchased the warranty for around $4.00 per phone a month. My phone broke it all or a sudden had no service. I called AT&T customer service the lady directed me to the warranty number after an HOUR on the phone. I talked to the warranty department they wanted me to pay $35.00 for a replacement phone.

The problem is they would not guarantee the same features. I work in an office and must have a phone that vibrates. They said per the warranty they only have to give me a phone that is compatible with the one I have and they would not guarantee if it will vibrate or not.

I went all the way to the 2 supervisor then was told to go to the AT&T store and pick out a phone there they would give me the $35.00 plus a $50.00 rebate that I would have to mail in so I did this the phone would have cost me around $65.00. OK HERE IT COMES.

BUT they had NO PHONES in stock. The employee stated that nobody had these phones yet. I said how can you have phoneS on display but not have any in stock he said OH you can go online and get them.

I went on line and now the same phone offered in the store I would have to pay shipping and handling charges around $40.00 on top of the other charges to get a phone because the warranty department would not replace the phone with my original features.
