AT&T Rip-Off, No Refund, HORRIBLE service, Don't use ATT!! Bridgewater New Jersey, Nationwide

AT&T is the WORST telecommunications company out there, besides Sprint.

They "promise" you over and over again that you will get your refund. They NEVER send it but claim they do.

How can all the bills make it to my address but the refund can't? How can they expect customers to pay on time and they leave those same people hanging when it comes to what they owe YOU!

Tell your friends, family, and everyone you meet NOT to use AT&T. They will only start to listen after they lose money. $$$ all they care about.

Their Representatives will hang up on you, they will place you on hold for EVER, they will cut you off and NOT listen. These people represent the company and they are JERKS! I had one tell me that I "...will wait as long as it takes if I want my refund." Then put me on hold, as I was asking her how long I could expect to be on hold to talk to her "supervisor." Another half-hour? Probably.

AGAIN, DON'T USE AT&T, it is not worth the time, wasted money, and grief.

Tell everyone. I'm not the only one, I've heard many stories like mine....

Research your company...do they provide local, friendly service? It's worth the extra bucks, but most of the time local is CHEAPER!!

I am in OREGON and use ---. So far they are awesome. I never have to wait long and they are very nice people. Do yourself a favor and switch out of AT&T...tell them why, say you're sick of the way they treat customers.

P.S. I've been waiting 4 months for my refund...in my latest call they said to wait another two weeks...
