Reupped contract with att,they sent a defective phone,promised to replace it,and then I could send other phone back,this was within the 30 days allowed to return phone,and not be on contract..well,they never follwed thru,now my 30 days have expired,and I have to pay the 175 bux cancel fee...cause they lied!
Ane every single email or phone call I have made,every rep says something different..who runs this crap,anyway
