AT&T Ripoff I sent money to them in three payment total $275.81, which should have gone to AT&T in Sacramento CA 95887 They only refunded me $135.02. Aurora Illinois

I have been trying to get this resolved sincce January 2006. I made three payments to account #1217169 and they were mailed from my bank to PO box 8212,
Aurora, ILLinoise. The first payment was made in 2/01/2006 for $98.38,
The second payment was made 3/01/06 for $98.71, The third payment was made 4/24/06 for $78.72.
I owed .41 cents from that account in 2004. I also closed that account in 2004.
I then had switced my service to to at&t-SBC on account # 51063830301129 when the merged together in January 2006.
The payments that went on my old account, were suppose to be mailed to AT&T, Payment center, Sacramento Ca. 95887. I received a refund check of &135.02 on 6/21/06, leaving me a balance of $139.38 still owed to me.
I would appreciate It if I can get this resolved as soon as possible, This has gone on far to long and taken up alot of my time.
