Complaint Review: AT & T

AT&T SUCKS ! I asked to have my service transferred to my new address for July 1st. They put it in for July 8th. I call back to confirm, and they state that they will rectify the issue.
On June 21st, I have NO servive??
I call and state that I asked for the transfer to occur July 1st, and at this point, I'm sick of such an incompetent company, so they can go ahead, turn my service back on for 10 days, and then discontinue on July 1st.
Well, my service was never restarted, but instead, they just transferred it to my new address, and charged my 39.95 for the transfer. Apparently, all the times that I repeatedly said that I DO NOT want the transfer, the CS person didn't make one note of it! I was hung up on by 6 different ppl, telling me that they're putting me on hold.
Not only are the customer service ppl total idiots, but their supervisors are rude jack$#(*$ with attitude problems.
Wouldn't even tell me his name!

I swear, if I could get a lawsuit against AT&T, I would totally do it! And I'm sure I'd win it too!
