Rockwell/Kcb consultants. They call you for a job interview when finding your resume on a job website. When they called me for an interview they were very secretive about what they do. They don't outright tell you its going to be door to door sales. What was bad on their part is when I asked if its a commission based only job, to which they said, no its not commission based only. Which is only a half truth. You only make a salary + commission if you become an assistant manager. I would of never took the job if I knew it was commission early when starting off.

They tell you in training your commission rate and your bonus for completing the 5 days worth of training. Which they also lied about and changed training from 5 to 12 days on a whim when I complained about it. When in training you are partnered with someone to help you train. When you make a sale selling AT&T Uverse most of the money goes towards the trainers commission and you get a little part of that. However, for the measly 3 sales that we did make that week out of a 48 hour work week I saw none of that money going towards me. Its of the trainers discretion if he thinks you deserve part of that sale or not which I was later told when I complained about it. And I did a good job at participating too but still got no money out of it.

I wasted my time, my money, and my energy with this job and got no money out of it after 6 long and hard days of walking around alot in the hot weather which gave me a sun burn and the pouring rain in a bad thunderstorm. This job is not worth getting struck by lightning but it goes to show how desperate they are for sales to be out there in the bad weather and still knocking on doors and having neighbors feel sorry for us seeing us wet and tired and part of the sales strategy was to make them feel sorry for us enough so that they will get AT&T Uverse from us. Its by far the worse excuse of a job that I ever had. Its a legitimate business though but one that I can't respect.

It goes by two marketing names of Rockwell and KCB consultants, owned by a different person but do the exact same thing. Why does AT&T hire these marketing companies? Because it saves them money because they won't have to pay for employees like in my situation and they can deviate from AT&T corporate rules which saves them from having to pay for illegal fees.

They are lucky that I'm broke and can't afford court fees. So I thought I might as well pass on this information so that other people won't get screwed like I was.
