I ordered AT&T for the internet and TV. I asked if I could switch to a triple package if I wanted to switch my phone service over at a later date. That date came I had my old service canceled and had told the guy over the phone about this. They were offering a triple pack deal for the u200 at 105 a month which i figured would be 115 a month for 6 months since I have HD. The guy told me he could get me 100 dollars for 12 months I thought great. The day came to install and the technicians never arrived. I called and found out the appointment was canceled without ever notifying me because they could not transfer my number. I agreed to take a new number but now they deny being able to offer me the deal I was supposed to have installed. They claim they cannot even see the order which had been canceled to see what was set up even though they can tell me every day I have called and what I called about they cannot see an order that was supposed to be installed. I am very tired of these incompetent people for these services.
