Complaint Review: AT&T Universal - Citibank

AT&T Universal - Citibank Citibank & AT&T constantly harrass me for a bill that I DO NOT OWE! Plus, they're trying to charge me a late fee! Sioux Falls, South Dakota

This is the letter I wrote to AT&T/Citibank:  This is a complaint for the harassment I'm receiving from your representatives everyday, sometimes more than once.  I made numerous calls to you trying to correct the problem (this concerns Cinergy Health).  I cancelled them in Nov. & they continued to bill me.  I got a new card # & they billed me again on my new card #! (I did NOT give them the new card #!)  The last Rep. I talked with wanted to know the exact date I cancelled Cinergy.  I told her I didn't know, it was sometime around the middle of Nov.  She said if I couldn't give her the exact date, she couldn't help me & I would have to pay!  I had no choice but to cancel my card.  I REFUSE to pay for something I don't have.  Would you?  If you continue to harass me, you & everyone can read my story on the Internet.  If you or Cinergy want to sue me, I'll see you in court!  I will remember the date of this letter-1/28/2010!


Since my letter to AT&T, I do not receive personal calls from Citibank but I do still get recorded messages from Citibank at least once everyday!  I've received several letters from Citibank wanting exact dates of cancellation.  I have complied by doing the investigation work for them.  I am still being harassed even though the calls are recordings.  I'm also still being harassed by AT&T every month with a bill that includes late charges which I DO NOT OWE!!


If you ever use AT&T/Citibank, forget it!  THEY SUCK!!!!
