att is never consistent in their own billing contract.They owe me $450.00 in rebates from purchases never received any...they sold my wireless card I paid for$150.00 to another customer while i was being shown another deviceThere was never a mention to recovering my loss of aircard wirefly. It was the same as a theft they owe me,there were $416.00 in credits for tech screw ups that never get applied to my account???!!! They billed me twice while it was set upn auto pay for a non working service was billed $275.00 they only gave a $41.00 credit there hardly fair to pay for a non working servicethis has gone on for several months now with no resolve. Starting in February and now its July still not resolved they will transferr calls to a disconnect, can be so rude its unbeleivable ,or contradict their own statements and deny it was in contradiction even when I had taped conversation and played it back to them?? Att are liars incorporated they hire the dumbest people they can find or they hire people whom deliberately lie to cheat and steal your money ,call it colusion but in any event it is still theft (((phone number redacted))) my name is randolph **** contact me
