AT&T offered on 5/12/13 bundle package home phone, wireless phones, Internet & TV $120/month service, waive $49. activation fee and give us $300.00 ($150 x 2 cards) Visa cards. 30 days later we get $300 Visa DEBIT cards that have restrictions. 20% held for gratuity!!! I activated both cards. We went to Tom thumb declined card, SAMs declined card and Shell gas station declined card. We contacted the lady who sold us the bundle package and were told we cannot buy gas and we could use the cards anywhere visa debits are accepted and call customer service. we have called customer service and put on hold, transferred up to 45 minutes then told to go back to the person who sold their product. We have received separate wireless bills over $200 and uverse over $160. bills every week. Yet this is a lot more especially when we are getting bills every week stating late balance!!! AT&T add on top of the bill junk fees and taxes after we just paid the bill by phone. This is disturbing and deceptive practice. Please help! thank you!
