AT&T Wireless Chargeback Investigation Unresponsive Nationwide

My daughter has a AT&T Go Phone and paid the monthly charge using my checking account, which AT&T charged to my bank account as an ACH charge. I was told by customer service that in order to get the charge reversed for unauthorized use, I would need to talk to "Chargeback Investigation" and was given a toll free number. I have called the number 7 times in one day and was on perpetual hold, which a recorded message telling me that if I wanted to leave a message, I would be contacted by an investigator. At some point during the hold time, I was no long given the option of leaving a message or remaining on hold, but that I could leave a message or call back. I've left several messages and no call back. I can go through my bank to get each charge reversed, but I need to talk to someone to get the ACH auto debit removed off this account.
