Just to let the GSM customers know...when you call in between 11 am and 6 pm CST and are told that the billing systems are updating and you will need to call back you are being lied to. The money hungry entity that employs me tells us that the systems will go offline if we have too many users online. Their answer is to make customer service log out, but to keep new account services open so we can sign even more people up whom we will later tick off when we tell them they have to call back to cancel, or fix their bill or whatever. It's a big crock, unfortunatley the poor rep on the phone can't do a thing about it. On top of all that they want us to offer you something to extend your contract with this horrible company that is out of control.
