Complaint Review: A T & T Wireless

AT&T Wireless Ripoff Changed Policy without consent bad Customer Service deceptive company I am looking forward to the day my contract ends so I will not have to deal with this anymore. Cerritos California

I switched to GSM service to improve my business but instead it hurt it. Signals were always dropped and had to drive around to look for decent signals. My conversations sounded more like "can you hear me now? ....What?"

I've complained many times and they cannot do anything about it. I asked to cancel my contract and would charge me $175. What a joke, I've been with AT&T for almost 4 years and this is how I am treated.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and before RITA (resolution center b***h) came on the phone the representative offered that if I changed back to digital I could cancel my contract 5 months earlier. But as soon as I spoke to RITA the offer did not apply anymore and back to original terms. I guess I made a another commitment just to speak to a supervisor.

I could not believe how I was treated. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and they put me to her. What a joke! I am looking forward to the day my contract ends so I will not have to deal with this anymore. I will strongly recommend to all family, friends and business contacts never to use AT&T wireless. The phones are neat but the service is crappy.
