AT&T Wireless Inc.

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is in regards to the number 916-716-2812 and the account number associated with it is 0034423154.

This letter is a summary of the compliant I have with AT&T Wireless. I made every reasonable effort to settle this through the company's review process. I have submitted two letters; dated December 1, 2003 and January 22, 2004 (sent certified mail), both were never processed or answered. I spoke with numerous AT&T Wireless associates and they also denied ever receiving any letter.

I am disputing the call forwarding charges made to this account. I incurred about $1200 in call forwarding charges when I was forwarding my AT&T Wireless calls to another cell phone, and this is not including the early cancellation fees. AT&T Wireless charged me for the duration of the

I have read and reread the contract and pricing plan literature, and it doesn't state that I will incur charges for every minute a call forward call takes place. If I knew I would be incurring costs, I would have never proceeded with forwarding my calls. All the pricing plans state is that call forwarding is an included feature, nothing more.

I immediately canceled my cell phone service with AT&T Wireless as soon as I became aware of these charges. I would have canceled my service sooner, had the bill been received on time.

I have spoken with many professionals and contacts in the wireless industry; all have stated that AT&T Wireless was in the fault. I spoke with representatives at various AT&T Wireless retail outlets and asked them questions regarding the call forwarding features available and they stated that it was free of charge.

If this is a policy for AT&T Wireless, it must be clearly in writing. I have a contract, plan literature, and yet I have found nothing in support of these charges.
