Company was told to upgrade my phone. while I waited I was to use old phone till new phone arrived. When new phone came in with NEW account I told them to discontinue old phone. They then said can't do that unless I paid early termenation fee.

No way am I going to pay this when all I wanted was an upgrade to my phone and they gave me new account. So then they thought I was going to pay on two accounts or pay 250.00. Now I get this bill from you for 250.00 well as far as I care you can turn it over to whoever you want but they ain't getting sh**.
