Complaint Review: AT&T

AT&T Wireless wouldn't change calling plan sent and billed for phone i never recieved. gave me the run around Maitland Florida

i tried to change my calling plan to fit my needs and they wouldnt because they were switching to GSM..

so i decided to purchase a phone with a AT&T rep.(that way i could get the minutes i needed a month) and i never received it..

they say i still have to pay $50 for a phone i didnt receive and i can barely afford the one i have plus i still have a year and a half left on contract so i still have to pay for another phone on top of the one i didnt receive that i may not receive as well..

i could have wept i almost did..

i feel sick and disgusted with this company and will NEVER do business with them again..

they act like there is nothing they can do for me..so now what just screwed????
