I noticed that a number of you have complained about the "View Minutes" feature on the AT&T website. I had the exact same thing happen to me. I was keeping track of my minutes every few days and a couple days before my billing cycle ended, it showed that I was 9 minutes over my limit. I stopped using my phone after that until my next billing cycle started.

When I got my bill a week later I was shocked to see that I had actually gone over by 530 minutes and my phone bill was a whopping $324!!! When I studied my bill I saw that I had used up all of my anytime minutes 12 days before they showed up on the website! When I called customer service they would not do anything for me because of their supposed "disclaimer" that says it is only an estimate. Well I don't know about you but to me 500 minutes off doesn't seem like a very good "estimate"!

I was in the same situation as the others who complained, I was calling from my home calling area and had "AT&T Wireless Network" displayed on my phone as I talked. Their website only states that there could be a reporting delay if you are roaming. To me, roaming means calling from outside my home area. In fact, that is how they define it on their website.

I was hoping that a few others would email me at elisalock@yahoo.com so that I could put a list of names together and present it to a class action attourney to see if we have a case. Anyone interested? It couldn't hurt to give it a shot right?
