AT&T's rep Arthur Eastlake showed us what he had to offer, and agreed to get some questions answered, and get back to us. Because we had done business with AT&T before, they had our company info. Arthur signed and submitted the contract and AT&T charged our company credit card.

We contacted them and were treated as if we just did not want to pay our bills, and told that AT&T would hold us to this contract and charge us. Each operator said they would cancel the contract for future advertising/charges, and each month we were charged again. We canceled the only credit card our company had after paying over $1600.00 for nothing.

David Kenny, the Richmond Manager, was rude and insulting and not willing to look into the situation. Next I was referred to Kevin Wolfgang who was on vacation and his boss, the Regional Manager, Jeff Bowab was taking his calls. Wow, was I surprised to talk to someone nice and who cared to find out the truth. I faxed Jeff a copy of our drivers licence and he compared the signatures and confirmed the fraudulent signature. Jeff was kind and told me that he would arrange for a refund check since we had to cancel the credit card they had on file and he did not want me to give him a personal credit card number. Their system takes 6 -8 week to refund.

8 weeks later when the check did not arrive I called Jeff Bowab several times, and when I did not receive a return call. I called Kevin Wolfgangs' number and was told the Jeff Bowab was no longer with AT&T.

After several conversations with David Kenny, who was nicer this time, I was referred to "Customer Service Manager" Cynthia Castaneda, who gave me lip service and told me she would take care of everything, including getting me a check instead of a credit. I was required to fax another copy of our drivers licence to get this processed. So, I wait another 8 weeks only to find out that AT&T says they credited the credit card number from last year.

The bank says they have no record of this credit, and they gave that number to someone new months ago.

AT&T, per Cynthia Castaneda, will do nothing.
