Complaint Review: At your Service Appliance Repair

In August, I called them to repair a washer that was leaking during the wash cycle.  The co sent a technmician, who looked at the unit, and said it was repaired, but "might need some parts" if this didn't fix the problem.

With the very next wash, the leak returned.  We called the shop that day, and was told that they'd order the parts.  Subsequent calls trying to schedule the repair always left us with "We'll have the technician call you."  After five or six of these attempts, we're not holding our breath waiting for the technician to call.  Needless to say, the technician has never called back. 

Next, we left a message in the contact page of their website asking for help.  No response was received.

They were paid $80 for a repair a month ago, and we still have a leaking washer.  At Your Disservice is unresponsive, and appearantly unable to repair appliances. There are other options in Kansas City. Call anyoneone but these scammers.
